You may request a free estimate by phone, text, email, Facebook message, Google profile, or the website contact form. Submitting a request does not create a contract or require Field & Flow Group to accept a job.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that Field & Flow Group may use the contact details you submit to respond to your inquiry, ask follow-up questions, schedule a visit, provide an estimate, and communicate about requested services.

Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Final pricing, timing, materials, and scope may change if site conditions, hidden issues, customer requests, supply availability, weather, permitting needs, access limitations, or other project details change.

A job begins only when Field & Flow Group and the customer agree on the scope, pricing, timing, and any other project terms. Any additions or changes may require a revised estimate or approval before work continues.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, safe and reasonable access to the property, permission for Field & Flow Group to perform the requested work, and notice of known hazards, private utility lines, irrigation lines, pet areas, gates, access restrictions, HOA requirements, or property conditions that may affect the job.

Customers are responsible for securing any required approvals, permissions, or permits unless Field & Flow Group agrees otherwise in writing.

Outdoor work can be affected by rain, storms, heat, site conditions, material availability, equipment issues, traffic, and other factors. Field & Flow Group may reschedule work when needed for safety, quality, or practical reasons.

If the crew cannot access the property or safely perform the work at the scheduled time, the project may need to be rescheduled and additional costs may apply.

Payment terms will be communicated with the estimate or project agreement. Customers agree to pay approved charges when due. Larger jobs, special-order materials, or multi-stage projects may require deposits, progress payments, or separate payment timing.

Unpaid balances may result in delayed service, collection efforts, or recovery of reasonable costs allowed by law.

Field & Flow Group works to provide quality outdoor property services, but landscaping, sod, plants, irrigation, lighting, drainage, pump systems, and outdoor materials are affected by property conditions, maintenance, watering, weather, pests, existing system age, soil, and customer care after the work is complete.

Unless a specific written warranty is provided, services are provided as performed and Field & Flow Group does not guarantee particular plant growth, sod survival, lighting coverage, irrigation performance, drainage outcome, or long-term condition after completion.

If you upload, send, or allow photos of your property, you confirm that you have the right to share them with Field & Flow Group. We may use submitted photos to review the job, prepare an estimate, communicate with the crew, document work, or maintain project records.

Field & Flow Group may request permission before using completed project photos for marketing, portfolio, social media, or website purposes.

The website may link to or use third-party services such as Facebook, Google, analytics tools, email delivery providers, or hosting providers. Field & Flow Group is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, availability, or content.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Field & Flow Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or requested services.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, any liability related to a specific paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts or forums available under Florida law.
